Based on the island of Lanzarote with its amazing variety of resorts and wealth of activities to explore, whether you interests be sports, art or nature.

We are offering a unique Pilates workshop / holiday in a beautiful, yet still little know part of the island. Away from the more popular resorts, however the retreat is still within easy reach of the resort of Costa Tequise with its sandy beaches, golf course and water sport activities.

The Pilates sessions will be held outside with the sound of the ocean in the background in addition to the practical and theory sessions, there will be an introduction to MBT Physiological Footwear, whilst walking on the seaside walkway, taking advantage of the beautiful scenery. There will be 2 Pilates sessions starting at 9:30am - a short comfort break with the 2nd session finishing approximately 2pm. Giving ample time to relax, go exploring or catch up with your partner after their round of golf or water sports.
