What is Pilates

Pilates offers both mental and physical training. Having been 'the best kept secret for over 70 years, it is now widely practiced by celebrities and professional sports people in dance and sports. Pilates can be focused on sports and indivually programmed for golf, tennis, equestrian, cricket, football and most other sports.
